“6 Novembre” is a special edition oil, created each year to mark the birthday of Vittorio Gaudenzi, the founder of our mill in 1950. It celebrates exceptional harvests and embodies the spirit of quality and heritage that defines Frantoio Gaudenzi.

The idea came from Vittorio himself, who never wore a watch—he believed that “in the countryside, things should be done properly, not quickly.” This oil follows the same philosophy: it is released only when a batch reveals something truly unique during tasting.

We don’t know in advance if or when it will be available, how many bottles will exist, or what cultivar it will feature. You’ll simply know when it’s ready.
