“Seven” is our certified DOP Umbria – Colli del Trasimeno extra virgin olive oil.
It is made with olives harvested from groves near Lake Trasimeno, over 60 km from our mill in Trevi. This particular area of Umbria features different cultivars that produce a more delicate oil.
“Seven” is a blend of these local cultivars and has a light, fruity flavor with gentle and balanced bitterness and spiciness. Perfect with seafood, raw vegetables, and delicate dishes from both land and sea.
