Description

“Casalontana” is a DOP Umbria – Colli Assisi-Spoleto certified extra virgin olive oil.

It’s made from olives harvested in our very first family-owned olive grove in Trevi—cultivated even before the founding of the mill in 1950. This oil is a tribute to our land, featuring a blend that changes slightly each year while respecting the DOP regulation, which requires a minimum of 60% Moraiolo.

Due to its high Moraiolo content, “Casalontana” is one of our most intense and structured oils.
