WHY LEARNING HOW TO PROFESSIONALLY TASTE AN EXTRA VIRGIN OIL?

With misleading labels, frauds, and a weak  action of the market checking players who should ensure extravirgin oil quality,  consumers better learn how to personally judge if the quality of the oil they find in shops.

This means understand and learn the right tasting technique, and what to search for when tasting, for example many people think that bitterness or feeling  a light irritation in the throat when swallowing indicates high acidity, while it is exactly the opposite!

The first positive sensation to search for is freshness, and any fragrance of the vegetal world (grass, tomato, artichoke...)
